By creating an account or using FundPots you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

The service

FundPots provides software tools to create contribution pots, accept payments via integrated providers, track progress, and manage group fundraising workflows. FundPots is not a bank and does not hold contributor funds as a custodial wallet; payments are processed by third-party providers to the organizer's designated account.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their collection pages and for complying with applicable laws when soliciting contributions.

Acceptable use

You may not use FundPots for fraud, money laundering, illegal goods or services, harassment, or to misrepresent the purpose of a collection. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Fees

Creating a pot is free to start. Subscription plans, payment-provider fees, and any platform charges are disclosed in the product and at checkout. Mobile-money network fees are charged by the network.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is". We work to keep FundPots available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Organizers are solely responsible for their fundraising activities and relationships with contributors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
